We believe that learning how to project manage is similar to learning how to drive a car – driving, like project management is a practical discipline which is best taught in its natural environment – in a car, on a road !

We apply the same approach to project management training – we deliver short-sharp theoretical classroom sessions which are supported by on-the-job mentoring to accelerate the learning process and embed key project management skills.

Mentoring is part of our standard training curriculum and is most usually delivered by the class instructor when the trainee commences work on a live project.

We have a core training curriculum but can also develop bespoke training courses to accommodate exceptional client training requirements.
